Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been fulfilled.
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing an order.

Order Issues & Mistakes
If we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect item or quantity), we sincerely apologize. In such cases:
• Store credit will be issued for the mistake
• Credit will be sent to the email associated with your customer account
• Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
• You must email us within 24 hours of placing your order at shop.icylumiere@gmail.com
• Cancellations made within this window will be charged a cancellation fee
• After 24 hours, we cannot cancel your order, as fulfillment will have already begun

International Orders & Customs Fees
For international orders (outside the U.S.):
• You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties or import fees imposed by your country
• If you decline or are unable to pay the customs fee and the package is returned to us, a partial refund may be issued (shipping fees are non-refundable)
• If the package is lost, refused, or abandoned due to non-payment of customs fees, we cannot issue a refund
