Shipping & Delivery Times


Once your order is shipped, we have no control over delivery times. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.



Responsibility After Shipment


Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, IcyLumiere is no longer responsible for your package. This includes:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delayed packages


We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these circumstances.


If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.



Returned to Sender


If a package is returned to us due to an address error, non-pickup, or other delivery failure:

You may be eligible for a partial refund for the items

Shipping costs are non-refundable

We can only re-ship at your expense if you choose to place a new order



International Shipping & Customs


For customers outside of the United States:

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or border fees charged by your country

We cannot refund or reimburse these charges

If a package is abandoned, refused, or lost due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued

A partial refund may be issued only if the package is returned to us



Exceptions


The only exception to the above policies is if IcyLumiere has made a mistake in shipping your order, such as:

Incorrect item(s) sent

Incorrect address used (if customer provided correct details)


If we are at fault, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
